GOT LOVE?
Love is the Foundation of God’s building lives:
The wise embrace it and express it with genuine motive.
(10) but when that which is complete has come, then that which is partial will be done away with.
(11) When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I felt as a child, I thought as a child. Now that I have become a man, I have put away childish things.
(12) For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, even as I was also fully known.
(13) But now faith, hope, and love remain—these three. The greatest of these is love. 1st Corinthians 13:10-13
Spiritual perfection is summed up in our grasp and utilization of agape love: the divine love that only comes through our receiving Christ into our hearts. Maturity is evident when love is the upmost priority! One day everything this life contains will fade away into eternity. The primary focus of our lives should be exercising God’s agape in every situation. The love of God is not always what we imagine it to be; love is empowering; it strengthens us; it enlightens us; and it elevates us but not into loftiness; but to the contrary we condescend to people of true piety. Prayer that pushes us into the presence of God impacts us with the agape of God. Agape is the epitome of God and we are made in the image of our God. Brethren does your love express itself as defined in 1st Corinthians 13. Remember love is in the middle of two chapters which define the gifts and manifestations of the Spirit. Without love these gifts and manifestation are of no avail when put into the light of eternity. Selah
Shalom, Agape, & Amen!
